You'll see a little colored (likely blue) residue on the exposed threads of the screw on the backside of the throttle plate. You can push it open by hand, the spring will return it shut once you let it go.

I'll try to check when I get home then. And snap some pics if there is doubt.
Thank you sir.

Blue? Hmmm... Mitsu uses red. And I wouldn't trust blue.

I just want to make sure there is at least something! Blue, red, whatever. Just something and confirm its correct with MAP.

Got the SOB in now! This IC was a pain to figure out. The instructions were in japanese and it didn't mount like stock or like my AMS IC. I had to remove some brackets that weren't used and remove the crash beam and wiring harness to get it in.
It should've been obvious to me, but these instructions suck. It clicked once I got the stupid bracket under the condenser out. All buttoned up, harness back in, crash beam back on and just need to run IC piping to it now :) Getting closer.

Sorry for bad picture. Also, ignore stock IC piece, they were sold out of the other piece and I am waiting for stock to be replenished.
Only a few hours away from starting this hog. Exhaust in on, hood is back on, wiper assembly dealy back on, IC done, IC pipes on.
Just have intake, bov, 3 port, vacuum hose routing, oil fill, coolant top off and it's ready to go.
Big thanks to Simulatedwood, Shawn is the man. Came over and helped pound out a bunch of crap. While I was picking up bigger clamps at the store he went ahead and installed a bunch of bushings for me, the AMS shifter ones and gate selector ones. I've had them for like 4 years now and never installed them. He said they are like the best mod ever haha.
Anyway, going to try and start this tonight I think!

I have fuel pressure at the rail, that was confirmed.
My guess is bad gas? The e85 in there has been in there for 13 months or so now, for a time it wasn't air tight as well, so maybe lots of crap in gas?
Thoughts?
Drain tank and fill with good new e85?

Is it sputtering in an attempt to fire? I've started cars that have sat about that long with E85 in the tank.

No, not sputtering. Just turning over trying to start and draining the battery.
I haven't checked spark yet though, so that is on my list as well.
But I am going to get new E85 in there tonight to see if that is the problem. It's an easy check.
