So is Shane tuning this again this week sometime with the double pumper? Or is it just hanging there until he finds free time he doesn't have with a goal of getting it before your next event?

That's the plan. The BlaqOPs kit is enabled and I'm hoping that with a good ground on the pumps and a full tank of fuel that he'll be able to tune the fucker. lol.

I told him to throw in the ID2000's and give me a 28psi/9k rpm tune. I must admit I waffled a bit about just going for 32psi but I want to drive it a while and make sure that everything is sound before I go for a max tune.

32psi would be so much fun though :waterski:

One thing I never thought about really for you...is that you are doing road courses...you should really get a surge tank setup with all the fuel starvation issues people have seen.

I've deferred some decisions until I decide what my 'thing' is. This is my first sports-car and I just haven't had time to figure that out.

It's not a big deal to dump a 5gal can in the tank after each session for now.

Now I'm wondering if my oil burning (and dipstick spitting) is related to the catch can setup.

I did some research online but there doesn't seem to be a lot of consensus on how to configure them. I'm thinking that I might need to drill out the stock PCV valve and put an inline check valve on the outlet port of the can. Have to find someone that knows how to set that up right...

Kracka vents FTW! Scheides would know how to hook all that up, he had them on his VIII.

We were talking about this when you were on the dyno. I think Scheides said it looked right tho...

Could def ditch the stock PCV's for some Kracka Vents, these things are magic. I'll look at my car and see what the stock PCV's are like, I'm sure there's a way to circumvent them. If nothing else, you could put the KV's inline with them.

Would def appreciate that. The only one that I'm aware of screws into the valve cover (passenger front of it). Unless that Boomba can has a built-in check valve then the intake is probably pressurizing the can right now. I need to check that the next time I'm at DB.

The Kracka vents install inline on one of the hoses? I haven't ordered them yet...want to figure out what I'm going to do first.
