I think he could do 9500 even honestly, but i doubt he will be making power up there, who knows.
We will play it by ear on the dyno. If by some miracle it was still pulling at 9k then we can up it for a pull. The motor really should be good until the springs give out and I'm going with Cosworth dual springs this time...given the price they better be the shiznit.

You're gonna be going on the rollers at Boost For Boobies, right?
No. It'll get run at MAP whenever the build is complete but I'm sure Shane will need a good two weeks once he gets the head. After assembly the motor has to be broken in, then tuned. That's why the setback was unfortunate--there's still quite a bit of work after the cams are in.

These builds are endless, aren't they? I need to get rubber and the Volks on, set the ride height/corner balance, alignment, new brake system installed, fix the suction line in the tank, install gauges, install splitter/canards/wing, clean up vacuum lines, do a wire tuck to show off the Primo valve cover, install Ralliart tail lights, and maybe replace the trunk plastic that I scratched the piss out of.
I might even wash the f-ing thing if I can squeeze that in. lol.

You did brakes too, man you really did everything at once, lol.
Just get the damn thing running and enjoy for a bit first:) You need to love the evo a bit, by driving it that is.

I have pads and stainless lines here...plan to get Girodisc rotors later.
I would expect to burn up the stock setup by the end of the Summer. I want to learn how to do brakes on my own so I'll find someone to work with me on it when the time comes.

Yea i want to do brakes too, i am going to get a few more tools, stuff needing for taking my rims off so i can clean the brakes too. I need a nice torque wrench for sure. And then i need some bigger rachets etc.

Ran to Dad's and did an oil change on the car that he's loaning me. I think I'll look for a set of hub caps for it.

Dad had a woman back into the car right before I borrowed it -- she cracked the hubcap and added another dent to the wheel well. He just let it slide but I would have at least had her buy a new set of hubcaps.
