Finally finished the fuel pressure gauge install since my first attempt at the wiring (using a multi-conductor, solid-core wire) didn't pan out. The fuel line went fine last night and doesn't leak. It ended up a little tighter than I'd like but the afpr bracket flexes a little so hopefully it will survive...if not then I have a spare hose on-hand.
Looks like Friday morning's trip to factory MOD with the 3/S group is on. I'll take a lot of pics and shoot some video for you guys. :D

Nice on the magnus CMC! Nice work on the on-the-shelf approach, hopefully you never need it!
I must say, driving that car is like a drug. The only time the cams really lope is right after a hard run...for a few seconds it sounds like Matt D's car. God, I LOVE THAT.
I can see the smile on your face from here :D Glad you're really starting to get some time to enjoy this thing!

That way you can call me if you need one? Yeah, having one around for the local X guys was a part of my reasoning.

Have fun! You guys should all caravan down for the Dallas MOD next year (we're thinking April/May since people complained July was too hot this year).

Is it hard to drive an Evo in cowboy boots? I have a pair I haven't worn for years...
Did a couple pulls this morning and AFRs are 11.7 ... works for me.

Does that mean your issues are solved, I can't even remember what your current fueling issues are, lol.
You need more shane time :) Haven't you racked up enough Shane Frequent flyer miles yet for a free one!?

Not sure about an Evo, but Janelle's fine in her WRX with boots!

Haha. The last issue was a fuel pressure drop in high rpms. It'd get to 70 and then drop to 50. I only care that the car looks safe...will be putting on a lot of miles and hitting the track over this 4-day weekend.
Next week I'm going to rewire the Bosch to run off the battery (instead of the stock fuel pump relay) and upgrade the wiring to the BAP. If the stock return line can handle the flow at idle then the setup will be ready to test again.
