Check your logs for a trigger wheel sync error at 3500RPM.... might be causing the miss.

Thanks all. There is no sync error at that point, one of the first things we looked at. I was talking with my Megasquirt buddy down in FL, he tuned an SC300 yesterday with the exact same symptom. He said he messed with timing and was eventually able to get it to go away.

Ok, good... those errors can be pesky. I've been fighting sync issues with a 4age all last week (ms2) *pulling hair out*

lol, if you read back like 15 pages, you'll see my sync error nightmare I went through as well :D Finally got it 99.9% gone using the filtering in TunerStudio.
