Thanks man. It's actually called Fine Texture Black. Kinda like the OEM looking black plastic stuff that has a very fine texture to it. I like it cuz it's just subtle, easy to keep clean, and just hides things better (welds, little casting flaws, things like that). No more polished crap for me, I want this to be easy to keep clean lol.

Twin Cities Powder Coating. I think it's Lino that they're in, just up 35W from us. I like the black. The other color I'm not that excited about, but it is what it is at this point. Would rather find a guy who just does it out of his garage to be honest lol. They weren't particularly fast, or particularly cheap.

Seems like none of them are. Time to start up jkodis again!

^^ Haha, that PC'ing system is long gone. If I had like a little hobby shop in a commercial area, it'd be a fun little thing to have off to the side. But never again in my home garage!

So we are starting to turn the boost up from the WG pressure (12psi) we were running before. Did a pull / log at lunch today and sent it in. I quick looked it over for myself. Looks like 24psi at about 4800rpm. Then boost gradually tapers down to 20psi as we reach a nice conservative redline of 7300rpm.
Car finally feels like it woke up too! I'm paying no attention to the HP / TQ curves on this graph, but it does look like we're starting to touch 70lb/min airflow out of this little 61mm (and still at lower boost levels!). Looks like he has the AFR pretty safe at 11.0 and timing is still pretty conservative (10*-11* most of the time in boost, but peaking at 15* at redline).
Anyhow, the fun part is finally underway!

You must have some real garden hoses to only be at 41 IDC!

Yeah they are FIC 2150's. I'm actually getting some smaller ones. These will be up for sale. I'm going to switch to FID 1600's. Should be able to support 1000hp on e85 safely, and idle better being smaller. So the FIC's will be up for sale in probably a month.

Pretty rough idle and low-speed drivability right now?
