Thoughts on flipping that front panel upside-down to draw air out of the engine bay rather than push air in?

OMG do I really need to explain irrelevant things about my photos? I thought we were beyond that now a days.
- I used 2 jack stands. I removed the passenger side one, I moved the jack over to remove the driver side (you can even see the jack is over there). Realized 'oh lemme grab a photo quick'. Took said photo, then lowered / removed the other side.

Sorry man, didn't mean to hijack. Just thought it was funny.

I had the same thought (mine has the vent blades facing down and back to draw air out of the engine bay). Not sure how far those blades would stick down though. Plus it might not be symmetrical?
Regardless, undertrays make a big difference, looks like a nice piece!

Interwebs is serious business. It's not acceptable for you to post a pic like that without captions explaining yourself. How dare you!

I could flip it over, I think it is symmetrical. I assume he meant for it to be this way because it's the side his logo is on. I did a quick look at the other company that makes one, and their's appears to be similar in nature. These are the two options for this car basically.

Here's a picture of the oem one I think (i never had one since I've owned the car).

To be honest I got it mainly to just cover up the bottom so things don't fly up in the engine area, and just protect in general. And also contain any minor leaks and what not. I didn't really get it for any sort of airflow/cooling reasons. If I could have gotten it with no louvers I probably would have gotten that actually. So the actual louver design doesn't mean a whole lot to me. But I do see what you mean. It'd make more sense for them to be sticking outward instead of inward. Doesn't even seem like they do much going inward other than maybe allowing a small amount of air in.

I'd set them up the same orientation as stock to keep the airflow factory-ish. Having a hard time figuring out the OEM tray airflow path, seems to look different depending on the pic!

Dyno today at DB made 812/737. Not too shabby! Dyno graph comparing last year to this year. More power everywhere!
