I agree, the bolt on the bottom of the picture with the turbo flange can come loose.
Yup, not denying that, but it can NOT come off, and that was my goal.

Yea thats what I figured too, it can come a little loose, but it wont unscrew and fall out. Switching it a bit would be good though, then you dont have to worry about it even loosening at all. Cool stuff!

Yeah. I had it wired like the pic at first, but it makes a tight bend around that corner, and I didn't like that, so that's how it is now, and how it will remain.

Yup, I've done my fair share of safety wiring over the past 10 years (military, and nuke plants require it). That is definately the "proper" way. But doing it that way, the safety wire was going to be rubbing on a corner of the housing, which you can see in that picture, and I wanted to avoid that because I don't want it to rub off the coating, or risk rubbing to the point that the safety wire breaks. I just don't want to look one day and see only 2 bolts barely holding the turbo up (happened to me on the Talon, and is the reason I safety wire them now). They can probably loosen a half turn, but the bolts wont fall off which is my main concern.
Oh okay, that makes perfect sense actually. Sorry for being a doubter!

It's all good. What's kinda funny is when I put that pic up, I was wondering if you were going to say something :)
