Doh I meant 512 DD@DB haha. So I don't think there's a concern for flow issues. It's your call, I like being different also. That's why I ran Evo parts on my DSM but not anything that could leave me stranded hehe.

Just posting this for my own reference, so I don't lose the link. Someone elses dual pump setup...

Damn-it Cher!!! You are right, the Tial 40mm is not what this was flanged for. I'm going to start searching for a used HKS gate I guess. I've only ever ran Tial before, so I don't even know what size I am supposed to be looking at that fits this flange.

If I can't find a used HKS for a decent price, I may just start considering other WG options, and get the flanged chopped off and flange the manifold for whatever I decide on. Or maybe make some kind of adapter so I can just run this 40mm I already bought. Unless anyone else has any other clever ideas. And this is one of those components I won't consider using a china-bay knock off.

Also have been speaking with Shane@DB a little bit about picking out injectors for this. Hopefully will be able to make a decision on those in the next couple weeks, and that should wrap up my fuel system.

If you do decide to go with chopping the flanges off and going with a different WG I have a Tial 44mm for ya ;)

Cool thanks man. Maybe shoot me a price in PM what you'd want for it, what color it is, what spring is in it, and if it comes with all flanges needed to weld to the manifold and dump tube :)

I saw a used HKS on Supraforums for $250 i think. It's a good deal.

Email from Tony @ T1 about ID1000 injectors
The injectors for your engine come with the 16mm o.d. square orings as in the pic above. Also included are the blue 11mm adaptors tops that are required for your application, and new injector connectors.

And the price you have listed, that will come with the extensions/adapters to fit right up to my stock fuel rail? A purple or red top or something is what I've gathered? Yes

Don't blame you there, 1600's are the devil! lol You'll be extremely happy with these, they idle and drive like stock injectors, seriously. Your pump/injector plan should work out great.

OIL DRAIN:
Info:
You want to use a 7/8" hole saw for the main return hole and I forgot what size the other 2 are
http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b188/dejacky/DSC02081.jpg

I believe the two stock holes for the oil return are for a 6mm tap, and bolt.

There is a spot on the passenger side of the engine, on the upper (aluminum) oil pan. There is a large hole with a small hole on either side. Drill out the large hole, and tap the small holes with a 6mm tap.

Just an update on my Chiyna stereo GPS problem. I've been troubleshooting it just about every other day with their tech support via email over the last few weeks. They've finally ran out of ideas and asked for me to send it back. So I will be removing it and shipping it back out to them tomorrow hopefully. Bummer that I haven't fixed it yet, but can't complain about their customer service as it's been a lot better than I ever expected from a company on the other side of the planet. So kudos on them for that. Hopefully they get it fixed and sent back and it works just fine for a long time after this. If so, I'm definately going to consider one for the Envoy.
