A 2 second search on the internet turned up this from the Better Business Bureau http://search.bbb.org/Results.aspx?n=slowboy&add=&c=&st=&z=

Now, if you are concerned about your image (yet to be determined), you might address the remaining complaints and respond to the BBB. Ignoring them is doing nothing for your reputation. I for one am closer to www.Jayracing.com :search:
A day has gone by and no rebuttal yet. This one must sting, or their think tank is trying really hard to come up with a bullshit excuse to make it out to be the customer's fault. 5 unresolved delivery issues, and 1 unresolved refund/exchange issue.
The Bureau processed a total of 14 complaints about this company in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period. Of the total 14 complaints in the last 36 months, 6 of those were closed in the last 12 months.
It's too bad people have to report a business to the BBB to get an issue resolved.
