I am not arguing, I was making our point of view clear, which is hard to do, so on the dyno subject we get straight to the point. This board cycles a lot and things get lost, just making sure people know where we stand.

Yeah its a bit stingy.
But we look at a dyno as a tuning tool. If I wanted to buy a dyno to stroke ego's and sell parts I would have went dynapacks or dynojet.

Every person has there favorites - I used Dyno Dynamics before I bought my Dyno-Pack -

I agree - I do not do but a few customer cars a month - we use it only for our own R&D - same with the Dynojet 250i - to build turbo hayabusa :)

Hows your rep on Toonerz and Talk? NABR?

They do not like me being outspoken - most of them do not like me much - but it really does not matter - the people close to me know who I am, and that's really all that counts eh?

Agreed. Like John mentioned, "Numbers" are huge here, just like the rest of the internet.

Getting defensive and acting superior to all your customers is not a good trait. ;) Not sure whatever happened to customers are usually right...

You shouldn't have to ask for an invoice number, maybe if it was taken care of correctly in the first place or handled better from the start of a problem, all these members with bad experiences wouldn't be so negative. :)

Our area is filled with Dynoguess and a Rustang dyno, its nice to have DB with a DD and one other 2wd DD that not to many people know about or talk about to compare numbers with. I am also glad the market/customer base has switched what Dyno numbers people will see/get from their setup and compare to other setups on different dynos in a short time.

Numbers are just numbers - its all about what number you started with, and what number you ended with - you could put me in a 700 HP DSM - I will still go 11's so it does not matter :)

My point - thank you.

If I do not know of a problem - I cannot help.

Also - the customer is always right is BS - because that is just not true. If everyone followed that theory no one in the US would be in business - we would have all gave away the farm.

As for my attitude - you have no right to judge - read the first page - how would you have acted?

Sign me up for your course on how to run a business - I would be glad to have you out to talk to everyone here - and can even pay you for your time!
