I've been hearing some talk around the office about this thread and I've just now had a chance to look at this (been servicing my web customers all day :nod: ).

If you guys have ever purchased from my site, I thank you. If something screwed up, I honestly apologize...it was not anything personal and I am sorry. If you have not, please check out our new site and offer any suggestions you may have. I love making it better and try to be perfect because I personally handle EVERY order!

I feel really bad if anyone was done wrong, I don't know the stories and changing the past is something that all of us wish we could do. Can't find the reciept (so I'm sure you'll say something about that), but the part number on the box you sent is SLB390424. With the inline filter it measures almost 30 inches long. Just in case you don't know, the turbo on a DSM sits right next to the oil feed on the head. A 12 inch set-up would have been able to loop out towards the radiator and back to the top of a turbo on these cars. So what would you need a 24 inch line for that totals almost 30 fucking inches with fittings and filter? I know, I could have spiraled it down and made it all pretty and shit, right? :KANE:

I need to read a book? I have taken master's level courses in the aftermarket. My professor's have written books! University of Wisconsin - Madison, Executive Education classes. When is the last time you read a book, Mike? Ever been to college?

to be fair, it does take time for credit card companies to refund the card. Im not telling you what the situation was because i dont know the whole story but i am putting other information out there about what the case could have been.

Unfortunately Oli, this wasn't a refund. My card was charged, then they lost the slip it was charged on. My car was down for 2 weeks while I called every day trying to get it fixed. My parts didn't get shipped because they said I didn't pay for them. This was quite a while ago, so I am sure things are much more automated now, but I had still talked to Mike 3 times and numerous times to Craigr. There were probably only 4-5 employees back then.

Wow that was a long 17 pages and everyone on here seems to come to the same conclusion, they hate SBR. I guess, however, I am glad I read this because 1) it was entertaining and 2) I now know to think twice about ordering from SBR when I finally get my DSM in the next few days…

So by reading this thread I have learned that either SBR is the biggest DSM vendor or the worst. No matter which board I go on there is a thread for you guys.

Either way Chris did take care of me once. I could never contact anyone but when I got in touch with him I received my part asap. I spoke to Chris on AIM today and asked him about a TIAL BOV and IF they had them in stock and he said always and I said I would call in the morning to order one and he said no I will call you and make it easier. So I would say talk to Chris if you are going to order from them. He seems to be the best for his honesty.

But, it is a nervous buy either way!

Im glad I found another board to whore upon today thanks SBR! lol
