While you're in the back fucking up someone's order, mention humple that his shitty customer service just cost him another sale.

I just ordered A1's from someone else.

That's $352 lost.

That'd buy him a lot E/D pills ;)

Anyways maybe you should clean house around there then if the fucker that took the orginal order doesnt know where HI is then maybe he shouldnt be in sales. I mean he MUST have taken down the addy to ship it, correct? So right then and there the price should be set. And anything you quote is what it should be. If you said it was going to be $10 to ship and you ship it and it cost $15 you suck it up and loose $5. Shit I shipped something out that I charged $20 for shipping and it cost me $30. I bit the bullet and paid it. And Im just a poor college student not some "big ass" "company".

If you would allow me to, I would like to give back your $5 plus the actual shipping cost we charged you. Because in the end, we appreciate your business and hope to continue to do more in the future." :Flush:

You just keep pointing the finger at someone else and see how far it gets you here.
You took the initiative to write a PM to the kid but you are still pointing at someone else. Instead of making it so that spinz4 has to make another order to make up for your (companies) fuck up, you should have just corrected it in the first place.
Would you as a customer want to spend any more money with a company that has dicked you over a couple times (and your friends). Fuck that, we arent like those women that keep going back to their wife beating husbands.

I just don’t understand how you all can justify everything that you have done. Can you all honestly sit there at your office and think that you don’t have a problem with the way your business is run? That’s pure ignorance. If you honestly have a love for the DSM community and want $$$$ maybe you should re-think your current strategy or lack there of in this instance. I have a feeling there is a lack of leadership their at your shop; because in fact when the troops fail there is always a leader to blame.... Nobody can change the past but its you’re future your jeopardizing. You would earn allot more respect if you(owner of SBR) admitted that your practices have been way below par and put out an apology to everyone, but remember that means absolutely nothing if you don’t back it up with actions....

However I already know there will be no response to this post because perhaps it is too intellectual and doesn’t contain any "teh" or "hella" words
