It doesn't matter, the company will still not own up to their mistakes and take the necessary corrective actions. Employees make up a company, they are not the company. If employees screw up the company must apologize, pay the price, and take the necessary actions.

Mike the owner is still here but the GM left the company.

That is too bad on both accounts, the GM is the only one we liked on here (you are middle of the road :D ). Mike is an asshat though.

If employees screw up the company must apologize, pay the price, and take the necessary actions. i was just wondering cuz in march i orderd like $400 worth of stuff and had it shipped 2nd day.. well 3 weeks later no parts i called them and all i got was "ill figure this out and give you a call right back" that went on for another 2weeks. then i just told them to cancel my order and refund my money, that also took another 2weeks..

Wow this again, and no they are not knock-offs.
According to Blouch Performance Turbo who converted my GT12 to GT3082, my $250 SBR T04S w/anti-surge cover was in fact a knock off.
