From one of my employees - they all have a advertising budget they are asked to spend to find ways to help promote themselves and SBR Inc. -Jason - one of my salesman sent me a link a while back.

Also - the customer is always right is BS - because that is just not true. If everyone followed that theory no one in the US would be in business - we would have all gave away the farm.

As for my attitude - you have no right to judge - read the first page - how would you have acted?

Im not telling you how to run your business, thats your call, but if your searching out small mitsu forums and trying to get sponsered, it must not be going so well. ;)

And no the customer is not always right but you have to take that approach when it comes to issues. So far all the problems people have complained about in here are pretty legit, and should have been taken care of. Seems like a couple people even went out of their way trying to call numerous times trying to talk to a "manager." If YOU never heard about these issues then you might want to talk to your staff and tell them to send people that continuosly call about issues to you...

You see - when you sell as much as we do - there will be people who are upset - or angry - or downright mad - and its very easy to vent on the internet -(like you did not know this) - why? Everyone loves a drama - and it is really easy to buy into.

Instead of allocating a budget for advertising you might want to spend some money on a secretary so you get your messages and are reminded to respond to them in a timely manner.
