This is hardly n00b bashing since it seems like half the members on the forums have had bad dealings with this company.
444 members have had bad dealings with me?
I need names and invoice #'s :)

A turbine blade could break like that from heat and shitty parts as well. Not just something going through the wheel.
I'd also imagine it could happen from improper balancing or a bearing issue.

Numbers are numbers, if you take your car to X facility and due base pulls on X dyno, then mod your car and go back to X facility using X dyno and as long as dyno setup and strap down/bolt up standards are the same, and proper if any atmo corrections are used you will see a % gain that can be compared, but straight up comparing X dyno number to Y dyno numbers is not possable. All dynos even of the same make/model will record different numbers.

Coming from someone who has a Dyno Dynamics - I can understand why you think mine reads high!

Yeah its a bit stingy.
But we look at a dyno as a tuning tool. If I wanted to buy a dyno to stroke ego's and sell parts I would have went dynapacks or dynojet.
