But there are always two sides to every story, I never ordered from SBR because my roomate (Jet) got fucked over by them. And as you know probably know, word of mouth is everything.

Instead of allocating a budget for advertising you might want to spend some money on a secretary so you get your messages and are reminded to respond to them in a timely manner.

Im not telling you how to run your business, thats your call, but if your searching out small mitsu forums and trying to get sponsered, it must not be going so well. ;)
And no the customer is not always right but you have to take that approach when it comes to issues. So far all the problems people have complained about in here are pretty legit, and should have been taken care of. Seems like a couple people even went out of their way trying to call numerous times trying to talk to a "manager." If YOU never heard about these issues then you might want to talk to your staff and tell them to send people that continuosly call about issues to you...
Reaching out to small forums seems like a perfectly good way to do business. So, I am not really sure why you have a problem with that?
Some issues may be legit - objects through turbine wheels are not one of them - and you are correct - some of my people may need a talking to - my email and phone # however is on the website - I am not a hard person to find.

Keep in mind satisfied customers tell 1-5 people, angry customers tell everyone. so for all the bad things you hear about there are thousands of good things you dont hear about.

How in gods name have I missed this thread?!?!?
My point - thank you.
If I do not know of a problem - I cannot help.
Also - the customer is always right is BS - because that is just not true. If everyone followed that theory no one in the US would be in business - we would have all gave away the farm.
As for my attitude - you have no right to judge - read the first page - how would you have acted?
Sign me up for your course on how to run a business - I would be glad to have you out to talk to everyone here - and can even pay you for your time!

Sooo.... Incase you didn't know, you (being the owner of your company) represent your company AND your employees. Just because you havn't heared of a problem that your dickhole employees blew off and don't give a shit about enough to tell you, doesn't mean that it's not your problem, or that your customer service is awesome, as long as it gets to you...

Why when my extension is 13 and everyone can leave me a personal message?
