Did Shane test your fuel? Interested on results and the last place you filled up?
I know that isn't your issue at all just interested if he did.
I got some E85 in Rogers yesterday and it tested out at 84.92%
Bummer it didn't work out for you but if it's a matter $200 or less for 2 walbros that's an easy fix!

Twin weldons, -14 fuel line, 1" fuel rail, and some Moran 4500cc injectors should do the trick. :D

Meh, don't waste the coin, just do a pull and see what it does. (regulator)
This, but you will run out of fuel Vassil did with smaller turbo on the same dyno.
Granted 2.4 instead of 2.0, but you have the bigger turbo too.
I'd say to 300s if you can get them for a deal.
Depends on if he has other restrictions in his fuel system too though.
You need to have upgraded lines, rail, AFPR etc and get rid of all restrictions that cause excessive fuel economy pressure. If you can keep the fuel pressure as low as possible the pumps will flow quite a bit more.
I am not saying one way or the other, you might be right that he needs bigger pumps, but i just don't know either setup enough.
I personally wouldn't run dw300's in anything, they haven't shown to do dick over a relief modded wally 255. I'd run twin 450's if you need that much fuel, or man up and do a full setup using a big ass weldon.
Everything I've heard the 300lph pumps don't hardly flow more than a 255. Big ass weldon just isn't an option right now lol. I'm pretty sure it's a stock rail but I know the 1g rails are good for a ton of power. As for lines I have 1/2in fuel lines but I'm not sure what the return lines are. Shane seemed to think a couple modified 255 should be capable of over 800 on his dyno so I should be good to hit my goal with those. If not we'll add a bap or go to the 450s. First and foremost I need fix the issue and verify it's fixed.

Yeah it wasn't a complete failure. We now know that a lot of the issues from last year are fixed. I'm going to try some new pumps and go from there. Hopefully I'll be back up there soon!

Haha are you paying for that stuff for me? ;-). I already have upgraded lines, pretty big injectors, not sure on the fuel rail though think it's a stocker with an fittings welded to it. Well try different pumps and go from there

Add a BAP at that point, that's my thoughts at least.

To me having to do dual fuel pumps and a BAP seems like too much crap.
I like BAP's for single pumps, but if you are doing a twin setup, just do two bigger ones I'd think.
I dunno, just seems like less nonsense with putting the right size in there.

I was just leaving to head to map to get some pumps and got a text from josh (bramagedained) that he found his pumps that were already modified. He gave me a deal I couldn't pass up. So i got a couple 255s. Now I just need to get up to db to get my car.
As for the bap vs going to bigger pumps it's a little bit of a toss up for me. 1g dsms have such a shitty charging system I think I would lean more towards a bap to keep a solid voltage at the pumps but idk

I picked up a couple 255s with the relief valve mod. Then when I picked up my car from db I got some submersible fuel line. I put the fuel pumps in and replaced the rubber lines in the tank. I did find a hole in one of the rubber lines I replaced. I did a couple 3rd gear pulls on the highway and the fuel psi just seemed to keep climbing so I think we're good to go. I'm going to talk to Shane and see what he thinks.
I also want to try and wire my wideband into the aem so I can log afrs and I want to get a fuel pressure gauge that has a 5v reference so I can log fuel pressure.

Thanks!
Also I was talking to swift and he said that the wideband is already wired into the aem. So my buddy is putting together a new laptop for me so when I get that I can double check that. So now I just need to look into a new fuel pressure gauge so I can log fuel psi.
