I took care of a few small projects tonight.
-put zipties on the FPR line
-disabled the daytime running lights
-installed the "blue" fuel pump relay
-screwed on my "Sport Interior Package" aluminum shift knob (still have to do the e-brake handle)
Did anyone else know the 2010 valve covers are plastic?!

Yes I did...isn't that lame, lol. The one thing 2008 does better!

How dumb. Not only does plastic retain more heat, I would imagine it's more fatigue/crack prone with age.
In other news, I got the Sport Interior Package installed!

I bet the 08 valve covers aren't cheap either seeing as how it is a newer car. Not like the ~$25 a DSM valve cover is haha

Yep, probably better you skipped over the S2000, it'd be pretty tough to put a baby seat in. :D

There's a joke in there somewhere.
I went with a metal one from Agency Power and it's no fun with some of the drive-through car washes. I think a flexible one would be better.

I wouldn't do a metal one if you use touch washes. Scheides had his ripped off in a wash once. I only hand-wash or do the touchless ones. Once it's lowered it won't clear most touch tunnel wash tracks anyway. Gheyrod wouldn't fit (Swift springs) and Janelle's WRX (Prokit springs) scrapes, but makes it.

The Freedom that I go to is touchless except for the dryer...it comes down and floats a couple inches above the car as you drive through it. Not ideal. I may need to find another one to go to.
