The jobs won't go away, they'll just be paid less.
Why are we not solving the root of the problem, healthcare being so expensive? That alone would afford many, many people the chance to get healthcare/health insurance coverage. Instead, we're doing things that will make healthcare costs go up. Great. That is, until the gov't takes it over altogether and completely F's it up.
The fact that they will be paid less is why the jobs will go away. It cost $200-300k to become a doctor, not counting the high cost of malpractice insurance (due to no TORT reform, thank Obama and the lawyers for that one), the cost of equipment and approved medical/surgical facilities, the cost of staffing those offices (you pay your doctor, he pays his nurses, lab techs, receptionist, accountant, etc). Would you invest the money knowing your earnings are about to be cut drastically?
To answer your second part; the lobbyist, SEIU, campaign contributors and big pharma just got paid back for electing Obama. Simply put, to really fix the issue you would either have to reduce health care cost through regulation, TORT reform and competition or raise the standard of living in the USA so everybody could afford to have insurance. But, then you would be taking money from the "haves" and giving it to the "have not's", and we can't have that. The super rich don't give a fuck about your ability to live well.
Look at what the bill does. It blocks out competition across state lines, it blocks out the importation of lower cost drugs from Canada and elsewhere. Some of the same drugs we export to Canada that could still be brought back here cheaper than buying them directly from here. And now they're forcefully adding 30 million more customers to the money pool for all of the insurance companies, adding to their bottom line. You know, those same evil insurance companies that Obama hates so much, right.
