We should be like Australia who penalizes people with fees if they do not vote. I don't know why you would NOT vote, you live in a country who gives you a choice on who you want to lead it, yet you don't voice your opinion on the matter. Most dumb thing I have ever heard.

I will not be voting because my faith in our political system has collapsed.

just vote. alot of people in the early 20th century have fought and some have died just to vote. just vote because it'll just be a waste of space and time if no one votes....that or Bush gets it again!! lol.

totally agree. You should definatly vote. I didnt vote in the last presidential election, and i feel i really should have.

You have no right to complain if you didn't use your right to vote.

Also, I will never understand the mentality of someone saying "The system is so screwed up, thats why I'm not voting."

That's WHY we vote!! To fix things, to change things. Don't like it, voice your opinion and vote for who/want you want!!
