That's your excuse? It's called an absentee ballot (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Absentee_voting#United_States). Or if your county/state allows it you can vote early.

You fail at politics.

It wouldnt have mattered, californias electoral votes went to the Dems. It was the florida retards that screwed everyone.
Gotta love the electoral college.

I pay similar taxes to you Tom. Maybe your money doesn't go as far because you live in Southern California where the cost of living is a bit high.

More excuses. You are also the one who is in the closet about not liking the two party system yet more or less say there's nothing you can do about, and you are the one who doesn't vote. Voting AGAINST the two parties improves the likeliness of increased support of a third party in the future, but saying that by not voting democrat or republican is wasting a vote is an ignorant comment.

Don't like the two party system? Do something about it.

Good reading right here, parts one and two:

Just want to add this on the whole Obama vs McCain on the economy.
This was stated by the Oracle of Omaha, Warren Buffett. If you dont know who he is then you should not talk about the economy, he is currently the worlds richest man.
Sorry about the caps, its how it was listed in the transcript from May 05, 2008. http://www.cnbc.com/id/24469771/site/14081545/page/3/
QUICK: ALL RIGHT. LET'S TRY ANOTHER ONE. MY NAME IS JOHN McCAIN. AND, MR. BUFFETT, YOU ARE ON THE RECORD SAYING, YOU WOULD SUPPORT EITHER OBAMA OR CLINTON, BOTH OF MY OPPONENTS, AND I JUST HAD A QUESTION FOR YOU, SIR. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO, ANY ECONOMIC ISSUE I CAN GET BEHIND THAT WOULD ACTUALLY MAKE YOU THINK TWICE ABOUT POTENTIALLY SUPPORTING ME?

BUFFETT: I WOULD SAY THAT IF YOU FELT THAT THE TAX BURDEN SHOULD BE SHIFTED IN A SIGNIFICANT WAY TO THE SUPERRICH AND AWAY FROM THE MIDDLE CLASS, I WOULD SAY THAT, THAT WOULD MAKE ME RE-EVALUATE YOU.

QUICK: I COULD POTENTIALLY GAIN YOUR SUPPORT COME NOVEMBER?

BUFFETT: IN THE END, I VOTE ON ISSUES NOW. I THINK IT'S PRETTY CLEAR IN THE MAJOR AREAS WHAT ALL THREE CANDIDATES WOULD DO. AND I THINK IT'S UNLIKELY THAT, YOU KNOW, UNLESS HE HAS A -- I WOULDN'T SAY A SEX CHANGE, BUT A LOBOTOMY OR SOMETHING, I DON'T THINK McCAIN IS GOING TO CHANGE HIS VIEWS TO BE IN ACCORD WITH MINE. I ADMIRE HIM A LOT. I THINK HE'S AN ABSOLUTELY FIRST CLASS HUMAN BEING AND THE REPUBLICANS ARE GOING TO ELECT SOMEBODY I HOPE IT IS JOHN McCAIN. BUT HE HAS TOO MANY IDEAS THAT ARE DIFFERENT THAN I DO, PARTICULARLY IN TERMS OF WHAT I WOULD CALL SOCIAL JUSTICE.

I know I'm going to base my vote on Warren Buffet's opinions.

They like to say Buffet is the richest man. Do some research on the Rothschilds once. How much are they worth? They print the money the world uses...

Boy, you are so smart Tom. Do you realize the quote you put up there is saying that he doesn't support McCain because he isn't pro-gay? Leave it to Tom...
