Some pics of my new o2 housing that I had vbands welded on.
Some coolant parts I had powder coated, the 90 N/T thermostat housing and waterpipe (I had to dent the pipe a bit to clear my turbo's compressor cover).
That's the new Tial MS-V 38mm vband wastegate :)

That thing is going to be CLEAN! Progress pictures ftw, can't wait to see what it makes. Makes me wish I was ordering a bunch of cool parts and stacking them up like you.

So did you just modify the o2 housing you bought to have a larger inlet port for that BEP outlet port?

Why do you have a flex pipe on the wg?

I'd assume because it's a V-Band connection and it's nice to have a little flexibility in there for ease of installation. Mine is all solid with now flex, but a small flex in there would make install a hair easier.

This is a made-in-china special from ebay ($95 shipped). I had my friends at Primo chop of the wastegate flanges it came with, and weld on my v-bands for my Tial.
This o2 housing is way closer matching than my old ebay 2.5" wastgate, it's not perfect but its a significant difference.
