let me know what the cost is on that coupler, and what filter you are going with. I too need a new one since the turbo melted my old one.

$9.99 for the coupler.
I will be might be getting a 9" or 12" K&N from summit. Same kind FP sells just not marked up lol! I was ghey and thought about getting a carbon fiber K&N but it's $107 vs. $47

I hate how expensive air filters are. They probably cost about 3 dollars to make.

I got my KN from MAP a few years ago at a good price. I was able to just go to KN's site and look at all the options, and MAP ordered up the exact one I wanted. Just an FYI.
Also, post up pics of the intake when you are done making it. I really want to see what it looks like!!
What MAS are you running?

GM 3" in blow through (maybe I'll go to an evo MAF after using Link lol). I have the GM Maf cable for my ECMlinkV3. The intake is one of the last things ill be doing as I need the turbo installed! But I will put pics up :)

I got a black silicone 4 ply coupler from www.siliconeintakes.com! I have ordered a few things from them before, and they always had extremely low prices and very fast shipping!
They are somehow affiliates of Jack's Transmissions, too.

I'm going to be running an EVO MAS as well. I'm excited to see how your setup does.

Me too. Hopefully my engine survives. I did a mostly stock rebuild like 15k ago and I have no faith lol as it was my 1st engine build; there were a lot of things I would do differently. But hey it's lasted this long!
