Dang thats a treck from the cities! Nice to have an acre though and peace and quiet! No trees would be tough for me though, I have to have a wooded lot.

Installed three new toilets seats over the weekend. BAM! Massive bathroom makeover! While at Home Depot I did start pricing out some things to update the bathrooms. I also added some water pipe insulation to my new water heater.

Yea for my wife it would, I just work in white bear so its not to bad. Needs to have landscaping done in the front with grass or turf. Any recommendations for that?

Finally got my 4'x6' sign lit up in the garage although it has way less parts in it now. Lol

New floor is coming along, about halfway done now, did the steps and hallway area first, rest of the living room and kitchen are left. Should be done this week. You can see part of the new slate flooring in the bathroom too, ill post those remodel pics later.

Turned out to be quite a bit more work than I expected, lots of measuring, test fitting etc. Had to lay down 1/4" plywood in the living room to match the height of the kitchen vinyl. Also Craftsman tools ftw!

Well we got a big hole and the footing this week! Got all the siding, mason and cabinets picked out.
