Thank you! I agree...hated the brass/gold from day 1. I've been talking about redoing that bathroom for years now, glad I finally did it. It's not picture, but I had the sinks/counter resurfaced so it looks brand new too.

So finally, after wanting this for so long, I finally found someone to install this for a reasonable price thanks to a referral by Momin! Should be really nice!!

That little guy is enough to heat your monstrous 4 car garage? If so, that's awesome, I was expecting to need a HUGE heater for my little 9000 cubic feet (which is not a very big garage), and temps here are usually 10* warmer. I just want to keep the garage above freezing all winter. Please post more info on therms/heating capacity, plus your cubic feet.

Edit, what was the unit price, install price, and gas line price + length? (Because I KNOW you did your homework on all that, hahaha)

Nice! I can't wait to try mine when I get home.

Btw, did he install a regulator for yours? (Did it need one?). Mine apparently needs one per the instructions and he didn't install one(he didn't really read it). When I turned mine on, it seemed a bit smelly (smell of burning rich). So I read the install and it says it needs a regulator to reduce to follow to the heater.. Gonna call him when I get home to put one in.

That's what I want in my garage. If you don't mind me asking. How much for the install?
