Now that this guy is awake and talking they should drag him into the yard, open fire on him, and let him go tell his god face to face how great he is.

Seriously though, will he be prosecuted under TX state law allowing the death penalty or will a separate set of military law come into play?

I just looked into it a bit further and it is possible he will face the death penalty.
