Shooting at Fort Hood, TX
There are 12 confirmed dead at this time, one of them being one of the gunmen. Estimated about the same amount injured, maybe more. They are not sure what was used, one of the gunmen was in military uniform, and using a pair of handguns. They were shot while doing deployment readiness, near the 1st CAV headquarters. The post is locked down, and to be honest, getting a hold of anyone could be hard, I bet there is a shitload of cell activity.
Both shooters were soldiers, and 31 are confirmed wounded. Both soldiers are in custody now. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/33678801...me_and_courts/ Crazy. Especially since we have a member of our site at a base in TX, not sure if its hood though... |
Re: Shooting at Fort Hood, TX
Last I knew (a few hours ago) Aaron was near Austin which isn't far from Ft. Hood.

Re: Shooting at Fort Hood, TX
One person from MN was killed and another injured. What crap! I wish they still did a firing squad so this douche could feel what its like to be the people he murdered.
I saw the thing about the office shooting in florida too. Its really getting to be a crappy week all around. |
Re: Shooting at Fort Hood, TX

Re: Shooting at Fort Hood, TX
I like how they are trying to say it's not related to terrorism!! B. FUCKING S. it isn't!!! If this isn't a real example of domestic terrorism, I don't know what is!!
And shame on anybody who knew this guy's rap and did not say or do anything about it!!! BTW, do the math: 13 dead + 30 injured = at least 43 shots that hit their mark!!! |

Maybe we have a huge conflict of interest in the military these days. But here's an example of how a minority gets special treatment from the government through fast track programs and free education, but his superiors and friends are scared to say anything about his beliefs and how they could cause a problem for the safety of others. Even his military paperwork should have raised some red flags. But once again, nobody says anything for fear of being called a racist. Maybe his recruiter should have said, "Hey look, we know you want to fight for and serve the United States of America seeing as how you were born and rasied here, but at this time we are fighting terrorist with your same religious beliefs and this could be a major conflict of interest for you. Tell ya what, if we ever start fighting the Jews, we'll give you a call." No offense intended towards anyone here that is Jewish, just making a point. |
Re: Shooting at Fort Hood, TX
Also, another point, his deploying to Afghanistan would not have had him fighting the enemy. He was being deployed as a psychiatric doctor over there. So he would have been behind the scenes helping our soldiers cope with the stresses of combat. So his argument about having to fight his own people is out the window. They should have just let him die on the spot. Oh, but wait, that would have been inhumane, forget about the 43 victims!! He's the only victim in this!!
