Well I had an appointment to get it tuned this upcoming Thurs, but I can't make the appointment. Hoping to reschedule, just gotta see what Shane says.

Since I haven't heard anything yet though, I've decided to just take matters into my own hands. The motor has about 700miles on it now. I've upgraded the rad cap again to a 1.3 bar cap now. I've changed out all the break-in oil and am now running some 15-40. I decided to head out and do some pulls, and slowly upping the boost. I'm sitting at around 24psi right now. I've zero'd out all the timing sliders, and have been focusing on getting the AFR's as best I can. I'm aiming for about 11.6/11.7ish from full boost (~4800) to redline. It's getting a lot closer. I'm letting the car rest for a few. Then going to give the MBC a couple cranks and go out for some more fun!

Here's a screen shot from my last log. I'd post up the log, but this site doesn't allow posting up .dat files ?????

If anyone has any comments on the log, please share. I'm open for suggestions.

Did some more pulls, and slowly upped the boost. I'm at around 30psi now. Car is definately feeling a lot stronger. The AFR curve isn't perfect, but not too bad. Stays in the mid/high 11's the entire time, and I'm happy with that. Did have a misfiring issue, but just cleaned up the plugs and gapped them down to .020, and the problem is gone.

Here's another snap shot of the log from my last pull of the night. There are a couple spots where there was a very small hint of knock. I'm still running BPR6ES plugs, and just picked up some 7's. I'm hoping the colder spark helps alleviate that knock. I stopped adding timing at 21 degrees. After the new plugs, it may take more, but I don't think I want to add any more timing, don't want too much cylinder pressure. So the plan is to just keep adding boost, probably up to around 35psi and stop there.

Looks pretty good. The boost estimate looks dead on the actual boost if you were verifying with your boost gauge as well. My estimate is always like 5psi off in link.

Mine seems to be 1-2psi off. Good enough for me. Boost est was showing 29-30, but my gauge was showing 28-29.

I checked out your Log on the Link forum. It looks really good. around 1.5 second 70-90 time. I'd keep the timeing right about were you at if your going over 30 PSI. Mabey 19- 20 tops. Air fuel ratio looked really nice. I should have some logs to compair in the next few days.
