last pic of the tank today. Also rockgarded the trunk floor and the wheel wells. I have a panel made for the floor already. I will also be making sidepanels and a front panel to make the trunk look a lot nicer when it is done.

God, i could cream myself over this project. You should keep a running total on what you spend. I'd love to do a similar project in the future but possibly on a different car.

When do you expect it to be ready?

I am keeping track of what I spend on this. it should be running in a few days just have to mount the tank and extend the wires to it and the fuel lines to it and rebuild the fuel neck to fit in the back.

Loving that fuel tank! Good thing it says "Gasoline" on the bottom, just in case anyone is a little confused!

Yeah, I like that too, and the handle on the side. Keep those, it adds a certain flair.

thanks
got the tank straps made, rebuilt the fuel fill aqnd breather tube, put in the bolts for the tank with the spacers. Got it all mounted in the car and put 1/2 gal of gas in it and it held in the tank so it is all good.

well here we go. I now have a running and driving rhd evolution III
The is running after some problems with the injectors not working with the ecu that was chiped so I put in the ecu that I got with the 2nd clip and strated right up. I just have to get the hks b.o.v. reserced in to the intake it wants to die when it dumps off. I got it moved to one of the other bays and put lub in the tranny,t.c., and rear end and I drove it illegaly down the street and liped it back sence I ran out of gas.
