got the engine harness cut shorter by 2.5 feet. it is all soldered back together and ready to go back in the car. just have to add the wideband, egt,gm mas wires to the engine harness. Then I can loom the harness from the fire wall out. Still have to wire the mas and the plug to the fuse box in the car when the harness in.

Is that a fluidyne oil cooler? I have one much like that for my 2g. Should work quite well.

got the engine harness loomed and put it the car. still have to add to the brake and wiper wires. Not much is going to show at all still have to pull it tight behind the engine and make a few brackets to hold them to the back of the block.

wiring is all done now :)
got the mas plug and the fuse box (engine bay) plug wired back to the engine harness. You can also see the hole going into the engine bay that was for the drain on the a/c box. I cut the bottom of the box off and made a plug for it. I will use the hole for the Alt. wiring, starter wiring, wide band, boost, egt gauge wires

Work on it yesterday with my dad he came over to give me a hand. Started to take the rear end apart. It was a huge pain in the ass. When we put the rear end in the car it was all together still so we left it alone. Broke bolts, had to cut out arms from bolts being frozen in the bushings, ect

Cut open the frame rails to reinforce them more. When I had the 2.0 in it i riped the bolts throught the frame rail on the left side. I don't want to deal with it pulling back out with the 2.4

As the rear end is right now lower arms out, megan toe arms are out also.

The stock rear lca had to be cut out the camber bolts were froze in the bushings and 1 of the sway bar links had to be cut off as well

This realy pissed me off the megan tow arms the bolts were also frozen in the bushings and they have not been in for that long under 2years. Going to bring them to work and make some new bushings for them and a set for the camber arms when I order them.

anti seize is a great product, not trying to be a smart ass or anything just saying, otherwise looks to be it coming along nicely. I like!!

The Megan arms were anti seized the rest of the rear sub frame was never taken apart. But after a few winters slat just rusted everything anyway
