Home owner pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge
Watch the video again, first dog is shot immediately without any barking
Warrant was served 8 days after being issued, no further information was gathered about who/what/where they were raiding

This whole thing continues to sicken me.

That is the first time ive ever watched something on fox news and not wanted to shoot myself.
Its disgusting that they didnt even find any real drugs. The family should definitely SUE the police department and state for mental anguish that the children could suffer from having to witness something as unspeakable as what happened in that house. The children could have drastic issues with depression, loss of sleep, and an overall distaste for authority due to the horrible choices that were made because of one informant stated. its like he said "Informants usually are informing because of some ulterior motive"
