Everytime I've walked into a house, including my own with dogs. They Bark. it's normal.
cops can't shoot unless they're being shot at. Unless they were being attacked by the dog, they should not have shot it. Either of them.
Weed being illegal is just plain retarded. It's harmless. You can't OD on it, you don't get retarded and lose all functions of the body and mind like alcohol does. It's a "drug" in a plant that grows, a natural "herb" just like caffeine in tea, aloe for medicating skin, and THC for joint pain and relaxation. What's so different.
Oh yeah, it's not addictive. The government only illegalized it and made up so many false effects of it with no scientific backround because they didn't like the mexican immigrants bringing it into the country and selling it. All it is is another cash crop.
