Tom clearly thinks it's the best thing ever and his party can do no wrong. Yet because I oppose something that democrats are supporting I get labeled as a liberal republican, even though I voted independent/constitution. Go figure.

One can only assume. No one but the democrats had their hands on the bill until the Friday before the vote, and even then there were reportedly old version of the bill being circulated. No one can truthfully say that anyone knows one damn thing about the bill.
