Do you like the magnifier?
I am tempted to get an EOTECH with magnifier but people say its cuts your vision down pretty good. But I want something with the ability to hit further targets.
I like mine as it's on a swing out quick mount for easy off or movement to the side.

I can't believe .22lr is still in short supply up there. I have a few thousand rounds at my house and I seem to be able to find more any time I want. I sent 500 of them as a gift to my brother in law and he was super excited so he could go shoot again, boggles my mind.
Maybe I should start a side business buying ammo here and selling to peeps up there who can't find it haha. Last time I think I bought a case of 5000 CCI blazer for $170ish.

I can get 500rds of 22lr for $20 at Fleet Farm (kinda like menards/home depot but with guns) here in Winona. Comes in about once a week or every other week. Limit 1 box per customer though.
I just picked up a S&W M&P Shield 40. Came with 100rds of critical defense ammo, 3 holsters, extended mag and has never been fired except from the factory. Paid $275. Definitely happy with that deal and the way it shoots.
I was waiting for the XD-s 40 but obviously they came out with the 4.0 9mm and will probably take forever to produce a 40 cal XD-s, if they ever do. Decided this would be a nice addition to the collection.

before my grandpa passed away he started buying ammo like it was going out of style, hes probably got 20k+rounds of .22 and 10K rounds of other miscellaneous calibers so when i need some i just go visit my grandma. hes go an impressive collection, i remember hear he lost count at like 58 hand guns... i know when holiday use to sell guns way back in the day and they decided they weren't going to carry them anymore he bought the inventory of marlin 30-30's from the holiday down the street! i bet he has over 150 guns in his house still.. even though hes no longer with us.
