how about airguns?
Nice, I might tag along with you guys cvd, bman if its cool
More than welcome to. Want to tentatively plan for the end of March?
I just started looking for a new AR15 upper now that I can afford it. Sadly it seems I'm about a week late. Anywhere and everywhere that sells AR15 anything is out of stock due to the new assault weapons ban legislation they just announced. Yay.
All the parts I used to build my AR15 a few years ago are selling for double the price now, if you can even find them. Even though my AR15 is broken I could probably get what I paid for it. People are nuts right now.
you can find plenty of the AR15s around here. Right now all I have for guns is my Stevens model A 12g and then the new 40 cal Glock that I just bought.

Where do you guys go to shoot? I know I can look up local ranges on google, but just wondering if you have any favorite places. Out in the country or at ranges mostly?
I really want to get back into shooting, I used to go with my dad and shoot his shotgun and 22s for fun, but I'd like to get some accuracy with my xd40, I sort of suck over 20 yards haha.

I was really into target shooting for a while. My friends and I usually go to Bill's in Circle Pines.
I have a Glock 17 & 23, a Para .45, an NAA Guardian .380, and a DPMS target .223 (bull barrel). By the time you have that many firearms you also have a safe and a few thousand rounds on hand...an "arsenal" as the press would say.

A few thousand rounds?? holy shit man.
I have a Cooper .223, Mossberg 695 bolt action 12 guage for deer killing, a 12 guage trap gun, a couple of .22's, and a 20 guage and I maybe have 100 rounds laying around total unless I'm about to go hunting or target shooting lol

I was in to IDPA for a year and would go through a case (1k rounds) of 9mm per month in practice. I've done courses with LFI (Ayoob's school) where we'd run through 400 rounds/day (that actually hurts if you're shooting anything above a 9mm).
I have a habit of being very serious about my hobbies but I also switch them up every few years (home theater, car audio, private pilot, handguns, and now cars). I guess it's the way I roll.

Damn, 1k rounds a month gets to be pretty spendy...
I guess I wouldn't be shooting that Five Seven I've been wanting if I shot that much.
