Been crappy about updating this, but I've been driving it a bit.
Turned up the boost on the 16G and I've found an ignition miss. I need to figure out if its wires or coils.

I appreciate it, I have a new set of NGKs I got from rockauto.com.
Just need some time to mess with the car.
