Very nice! How long all of that take you to do? Looks like one of those tedious, measure 20 times, cross your fingers and cut once type projects. lol

Those two runners about 8 hours. I was doing it during staffed hours so when a tool I was using was needed I stopped. So maybe about 6-7 hours. I had to re-do #4 once, I forgot I needed room for the wastegate on that side of the collector.

Damn, at least you caught it before you got any further! Mad props for being able to fab like that. I wish I had skills like that.

So I cut all the tack's and moved the collector again but the turbo is perfect where I got it now and I will not be changing the manifold again.

There will be two of these hanging off the sides on the manifold too. Just waiting on final pipe fittment before I make holes and put the wastegates on it.

Thanks guys! I'm finally kind of getting close to running the car. Just waiting on the 2 wastegates to show up. Tial mvs 38's water cooled :)

Ya I got mine a few days ago and got it installed. I was wondering what the deal with the water cooling was all about. I didnt even know that it was going to be like that when I ordered it. Are you running the water cooling on yours?

I finished up the fab and taching of the manifold. Now time to remove each runner purge and weld!!

Yes, all the new Tial mvs wastegates are water cooled. We believe its to keep the diaphragm cool since its so close to the base of the exhaust chamber.
