Hopefully the shop you bought it from can do something for you, like a new one.

Sorry to hear about the turbo. Look on Supra forums or something for a billet 67 or another 4294.

The company or person that put that turbo together isnt smart enough to realise that compressor wheel puts way too much thrust load on that 270 degree thrust bearing setup.
Swifty had no heat marks on the turbine shaft which would signify lack of lubrication. Builder is at fault.

Nice little paragraph on the differances if you scroll down.

Nice meeting you today, sadly in unfortunate circumstances.
We had a couple issues also that will end up having me pull the engine out of the car for a few tweaks.

Thanks guys. Thanks Chad with the turbo help an such. John, no idea what I'll do but I want to get the same thing. The guy I got it from usually orders them through another company for his customers. He had ordered 2 for his customer who then flaked out on hu project (galant vr4) and so he ha this to get rid of, hence the deal I supposedly got. He's running one of these on his "beater" 2g and he's going to pull it today to see if it's a 360 degree thrust bearing. He doesn't think that would matter, but then again he's not a specialist or deisel tech whom deals with turbos all day.
Funky, first fuel, and now what!? Horse shit day.
Iguess what I say about going to DB or any other shop to dyno I'd like the dentist afterall-anxiety, and not a guarentee you'll walk out all smiles.

I cringed when I heard this! Blows balls, hopefully the shop you got it from won't bitch out and do something to help out. That's an expensive fuck up on their part.

Comp wheel, aluminum backing plate, comp cover all ground into/trashed. Anyone know of a shop that can get parts? Or take the comp cover, weld it, then turn I on a lathe to get it back in spec?
It's shitty when you spend a lot of money to dyno, just to have something out of your hands fail you, and you are out that money, plus the money for the turbo, plus towing all the way back to my place in savage, if that's why's needed. I BETTER get something out of this.
