Here is the most recent e-mail.

"HAHAHAHAHA I like the posts, this shit is amusing. Just so you know, if and when I decide to move your things, they will be brought to either my other shop or the office, so if you think that is theft, guess again. I am very careful with what I can and cant do. Trust me, I've learned this already. Both places are directly tied to Vogel Performance.

Nice to see he thinks it's a game. Get the law involved and get this over with.

^Yo that's messed up. Have you tried calling him? If I were you I'd go to the shop and have him install the head that day. Granted yea that's kinda a pain in the ass for you to do, but hey if you want your stuff back that's what I'd do. i mean Jake isn't hiding really anymore.

This is bullshit. I am ready to drive down there saturday after the dyno day.
Anyone else game? Phone calls only mean so much, someone show up at the sheriff's office in person.

It doesn't piss me off that he is pulling business from local shops, it pisses me off that he is fucking around with people in this community. Especially after the SHIT mike at QPR pulled.

Talk about getting my blood boiling.

I find it amusing that pretty much after every new fact or piece of information comes up, the only thing that happens is people ask "well, have you tried calling him, or e-mailing him about it?" Put this in the hands of the proper authorities, or lawyers already......

^Well Jake is obviously out of hiding now so that's why I brought up the point of trying to call him. What could go wrong with what I said earlier? The way I see it there are a few things we can do.

1) swanny approach: Storm down there and have a wicked sweet road trip on the way. Get there, not find Jake because he's hiding or something. Look around for a while and try to get into a locked house or garage and more than likely fail misrably. This could possibly lead to vandilization of some sort which puts us in trouble with the law just like jake.

2)We can continue trying to get the law involved. I've called a few times and as soon as they hear about car parts or w/e they think it's not a big deal (that's how it sounds to me at least). The only thing I see working with this is if we took the "send a letter" approach I brought up earlier.

3) We can simply try and call him again and if he doesn't answer he doesn't answer. Or if he does, we can discuss our issue with him one on one. Like I said before, 95turbogsx could arrange a meeting one on one in person so Jake might actually show. I would then stay in winona untill the job is done. In my case I'm just trying to remain calm now that jake is out of hiding and hope for the best.

I call Jake at least once a day to see if just maybe he will stop pussin' out and talk man to man.

Getting the authorities involved has been an uphill battle because they keep saying it is a civil matter.

Getting a lawyer involved and going to court is exactly what Jake wants. He wants us to have to spend thousands more of our money just tom try and get what is rightfully ours.

I know that if he would be a man and answer his phone this stuff would get resolved. But he is just having fun watching the posts and replying by email to keep the fire going.

You and I both know Jake that this can be over with just by a phone call. You have my number!

Jake thinks he's got everything under control, but he doesn't. I know legal shit with this than I really should. Someone directly involved should call a few firms and pony up that first hour rate to sit down with someone and get the info out there. You might be surprised on what options you have. Including people that will go after him for more than the satisfaction of getting your stuff back. Contact any CC companies you might have paid with, and PayPal if used.

I'll never respect anything that comes out of "Vogel Performance" due to this, and I'm just glad talks of site sponsorship never took off.

It's a shame things got here and I think everyone would think the best thing for Jake to do is just get ownership of parts and such paid for back in the hands of their owners and move past it. Not doing this is just fuck'n stupid.

Small claims court is cheap. Everyone can file together for about $60 and for those who are out of state, they can have someone represent them.

Document everything and have all dates ready for display. Wouldnt hurt to talk to a lawyer either, I am sure a couple hour session could be had for a small fee and that could be split between those involved.

He thinks he is being smart or whatever but in the end he is just fucking himself.

No shop can hold parts/vehicles because the job isnt completed when it is paid in full. Now if funds were pending then he might have some sort argument but that is obviously not the case.

Sweet, oh how about you read what I fucking posted and said you show up at the Police Departments DOOR and file a complaint in person.

It would be pointless to go to Jake's place.
