I still say just kick the kids ass. From the pics posted a while ago of his tube chassis, he looks like a little pussy. Then after you are done kicking the shit out of him, steal his keys and any money on him, then go to his shop, get your parts back, get your money back and then never talk to this fuck head again.
Never fuck over a dsmer.

I have intentionally stayed away from this for as long as it has lasted and I fully intent to do so in the future. I do follow the thread and I don't know most of you guys, but I would like to make a few clarifications.
There were only two tube chassis cars in the shop. One is mine and that is the red 1992 GSX. The other one was Tim's and that is the black EVO VIII (It got sold today to the dude from the east coast that made over 1000HP). Jake's black car has an eleventeen point cage in it and that's that.
Now to Tim the dude with the avatar that has a flying EVO around a corner, and his lovely post #49 in this thread which says:
"Makes sense how these tube cars were being funded."
A big warm FUCK YOU !!!!!
The DSM was funded entirely and 100% by me. I parted a 10 second car only keeping the motor, which was enough for whatever you see on my project thread and a tig welder. Tim Russell & Katrina Kujak's EVO VIII was funded by them also. They parted and 04 EVO and all that was left of it was a shell.
Get your facts straight and then post. Jake is Jake and his business is his concern. I have not used a fucking cent from the money they have payed Jake for whatever services they have requested. In fact I have put up with more phone calls than probably the tuner shops with big balls take in a week, trying to be polite and not get involved.

Exactly why people should just show up at the police station.
Shows intent and is much better than polite emails and random phone calls to people in the area.
Sorry for the crap your having to deal with Vassil, it isn't right.

Sweet, oh how about you read what I fucking posted and said you show up at the Police Departments DOOR and file a complaint in person.
It would be pointless to go to Jake's place.
wow chill

I was under the assumption that you, Jake, and Tim were all in the same shop, same business, etc...
This is just pathetic in every way possible and unfortunately for you, you are in the middle of it. My apologies.
I was pretty cure the EVO and Vassil's project was their own deal, glad to see that be the case.

well, it would appear as though jake is getting ready to climb back into his hole once again and refuse to tak to everyone... he has been promising eric that his car is going to be done soon, and i believe today was supposed to be the day that eric would pick up his "finished" car, but seeing as i havent heard much from eric, im assuming jake stopped answering his calls again,... this is getting really old, and i believe jake is being extremely childish about the whole situation. its annoying that if you want to talk to someone you made a huge investment with, the only way it MIGHT happen is if you drive 2000 miles, and then you have some possibly crazy (im rather convinced jake either has a mental disability, or more likely, is on some type of rather extreme drug such as meth) idiot yelling on and on about having guns...
and for all the people who KEEP saying the same shit over and over, yes i call him practically every day, and no i cant just drive over there after work or some shit, im 2000 miles away,...

There's only going to be one way to end this... Talk to a fucking lawyer, and stop being so self-pitiful about yourselves. Man up, and do something real about this. YES, it does suck big balls that you dumped a bunch of money w/ this dude and are losing your asses now, but calling him, and e-mailing him bitching about it obviously isn't going to do any good anytime soon... Especially for the out of state guys that don't even have the option of just going down there. GET SOMEONE ELSE INVOLVED, weather it be local authorities, a civil lawyer, talk w/ your credit card company and paypal... Basically taking all the advice that's in this thread so far is your best bet at getting your shit back in a non-death filled way and getting this Jake dude back by getting him in hot water. Unless your down w/ the whole death thing, cause then we all know what to do ;) Best of luck

I've talked to jake a couple times and he said I could have my money back or he could send me my injectors. He's gunna see if extremepsi could dropship them to me monday. He said he was going to call me and let me know the status. The way I've handled things with Jake is to be calm about it. But hey do what you want.
Did the letter the Sheriff wanted get sent? I would be taking it up with them again to go further. It sounded like they were being helpful.
