the last post that I wrote did what it was intended to do. It brought Jake out of his hole and he wrote a half a page e-mail that said that he's strapped and is ready for anybody to come up there lol. He wants me to still send my head because thats what we agreed on three months ago before he started pulling this crap. I told him that I'm not sending it and that there is no reason for him to not send me my short block since it's already paid for.

He also said that he spoke with the sheriff that we talked to and said that since he is a mechanic that it would have to go to small claims court.

Jake, since I know 100% for sure your watching this post be a man and post a reply telling every body your side of story and face up to your responsibilities and get this stuff worked out.

Please just come out from hiding, fill us in on what is going on with you, and stop this nonsense. I have had a couple DSMs that i have worked on that i have just wanted to give up, but you didnt see me dodging the customer. Nah i muscled through it. The way you do business is not the way to gain peoples confidence.
