a 96 stealth rt/tt is the coveted stealth. It is the lightest and the fastest from the factory (a few 13.0 runs stock, easy 13.4's, bone stock). A 2nd gen vr4/tt with my mods should be easy 12.7's, 12.4's with a good driver. Now remember I still have completely 'stock' exhaust, for the local dsmer's, i'll upgrade exhaust and intercoolers this spring and give you a shot at me in spring. Then we'll figure out what a 'downgrade is'.
Trust me on this enes, if you can swing it, you won't be disappointed. With a basic turbo upgrade, the only two cars that would keep up with you would be nash and jet, and that would be them on race vs. you on pump on the highway
