The problem with the bill as it stands is that it was a $7.4B blank check for anybody that had any problem at all, kind of like all the rest of the dem bills that have out of control spending and put millions in the pockets of their buddies. Throwing that kind of money at something without any actual rules or qualifications invites tons of fraud, something that dems never worry about, but the rest of America now is. By voting against this now and redoing the bill completely once some common sense shows up in January, we'll have far less money going to unions and politicians and more money to the people that actually should be getting it, the responders.
Tax cuts for the rich, blah blah blah. Tax cuts should be for everybody, not just the people that don't pay any.

I am willing to bet, that the bill goes down in flames come January and never sees the light of day. Along with a lot of bills that help the people. (See sig reference)
