I PM'd Shane about some questions I had about my car. He responded so fast (2 times!), I thought he was at his keyboard waiting for me to submit my questions. I plan to use his shop services shortly because if his services are anything like his customer service responses, I'm good to go!

Great guy, him and DB as a whole have always treated me great, and love telling people to go there. I'm a lifer.
