hmm people are nicer down there too?? that would be a plus. the warmer weather and cheaper cost of living are what are starting to get me to agree to maybe move. we're going down there in the begining of january to visit her aunt so we'll see how I like it. thanks for the input!

Nice, looks a bit like our house. I had to have that high archway around the door as well, one of my favorite features of that style house. Congrats, looks great!
