The brownman room is right upstairs towards the back of the house! Now that we have room everyone feel free to come visit :) We don't have a private pool in the backyard, but there is a neighborhood pool within walking distance.

LOL I'm sure a DSM will be fine. Across the alley is a Camaro Z28, C4 Vette, and C5 Vette, and I've also seen a purple Supra TT in the neighborhood.

We have a 3-month lease so we're just going to use the apt as storage for the time being and pay it out since its pretty cheap. Its cheaper to just pay through our lease than to break it. The reason we moved so fast on the house was to take advantage of the $8k tax credit (they hadn't extended it yet at the time we put our offer in so we though we were dealing with the Dec. 1 deadline).
