Hrm. I got my gates belt at o'reily, not sure what it was listed under but it doesn't jump teeth randomly So did you replace the tensioner? When the belt is on and tensioned, make sure you rotate the motor over few times to make sure everything is happy. 'All new' doesn't always include brand new pulleys and such, perhaps the puley opposite the tensioner is going bad?
