Here you can see that the center bore of the rotor is larger than the step on the wheel bearing. Also the holes for the studs are larger than the studs so the rotor is not concentric. To fix this I used a hub-centric centering ring to center the rotor.






Here you see the back side of the caliper and rotor. This is where I need to make a mounting bracket




So I bought some solid aluminum block to machine on the bridgeport at work. Here you see one bracket I started notching for the knuckle


Here is a bracket fitted in place. You can see the lines I made for material I still have to remove.








Here is a small taste of what they looked like when I was mocking it up except here I have a friends Volks on there which is a 19.
