We are not looking for people with DSM experience. Knowing what things like a P28 is, how to tell OBD2-A from OBD2-B, why working on Nissan's suck so much, why not to mod a VW, how to make VTEC work on a car with no VTEC wiring and non-VTEC ECU, why you can't just wire an AFC into a 3G Eclipse, etc might be nice. They don't have to know a lot about this stuff, just be able to do the normal stuff correctly and very importantly cleanly and not ghettostyle, no shortcuts.
